Lower slope is closest to your bottom.

Reach back with both hand and hold the side rails. The
Multi-Roller Back Massager should be centrally positioned.

Slowly lower your back onto the roller. Do not rush
this. You may need a cushion or a pillow already placed
within easy reach.
