DIRECTIONS FOR USE: |

Standing Position
- is the standard position for using this device,
also allows you to do some supporting exercise
during use. Stand with your feet on the vibrating
platform, raise your arms upwards slowly and take a
deep breath; then slowly exhale while arms return to
their original position. Repeat this action 30-40
times. Drink some warm water when you feel a little
hot or a tingling sensation. It helps to excrete the
toxins built up during metabolism. The beginning
user may need to lean on a desk when using the
device. |

Sitting Position (2 methods): |

Sit on the chair with hands on knees, and
both of your feet placed on the device.
|

Or you can put a cushion on the device, and
sit directly on the cushion. This method
greatly stimulates the action in the upper
body. |

The sitting position is more suitable for
older people, women or people who have
difficulty standing. |

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: |

Once the unit has been assembled, plug the
cord into a 110 V power source. |
|
2. |
Press the 'Power' button on the panel. The
LED (TIME) at the top will show the default
time (15 minutes) . |

3. |
Equipped with a memory function. When you
press the ' Power' button again to stop the
action, the device records current settings,
and the next time you press the 'Power'
button, the massager will work with those
settings. When it is unplugged, it will
automatically return to default settings.

Press the 'Speed' button to adjust vibration
speed 1~5 (Slow-Fast) |

After use, press the ' Power' button to
stop, then unplug. |
